We provide services and features as they are, ensuring the reliability and functionality of the CRM platform. By subscribing to any PipeRocks CRM plan, users acknowledge and accept that all fees are non-refundable.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee Promotion

As a part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. If, after six consecutive months of fully paid usage, you are not satisfied with the performance of PipeRocks CRM, we will provide you with a refund of $1,000. To qualify, you must:

  • Be on a paid plan for at least six consecutive months without interruption.
  • Demonstrate reasonable use of the platform’s features.
  • Submit a written request within 30 days following the six-month period, detailing reasons for dissatisfaction.

Please note that this promotion is intended to reassure our customers of the platform’s value and does not apply to any free or trial plans.

3. Non-Refundable Services

PipeRocks CRM services are provided on a subscription basis, billed in advance, and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees.
  • Additional service charges for premium features or integrations.
  • Any setup or onboarding fees if applicable.

In the event of a downgrade or cancellation, no prorated refunds will be issued.

4. Fraud and Abuse Protection

To safeguard PipeRocks CRM against fraud and financial exploitation, we reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we detect:

  • Unusual or excessive activity inconsistent with typical usage patterns.
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user within a short period.
  • Use of the platform for prohibited activities that violate our Terms of Use.

5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage customers to reach out to our support team before initiating any chargeback, as we are committed to resolving payment issues amicably. Chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of the user’s account and possible additional fees to cover administrative costs.
