We offer a $1,000 Satisfaction Guarantee to qualifying customers who remain subscribed to a paid plan for a minimum of six consecutive months. If, after six months of full and active use, you are not satisfied with the overall performance of PipeRocks CRM, you can request a refund of $1,000.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee refund, users must meet the following conditions:

  • Active Subscription: Be on a paid plan for at least six consecutive months.
  • Reasonable Use: Show consistent and reasonable use of the CRM features during the subscription period. This includes utilizing key functionalities, including customer management, project tracking, sales features, and other modules.
  • Dissatisfaction Statement: Submit a written request outlining specific reasons for dissatisfaction within 30 days after the six-month period ends.

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to direct paid subscriptions and is not available to users on free or trial plans.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee Terms

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed as a goodwill offer to demonstrate our confidence in PipeRocks CRM’s quality. It is intended to be a one-time refund offer per user or business. By using this guarantee, customers waive the right to any future Satisfaction Guarantees or additional financial compensation from PipeRocks CRM.

4. Refund Process

Eligible users should email support@piperocks.com to initiate the refund request. Upon receipt, our team will review the request, verify usage activity, and assess the eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Exceptions to the Guarantee

The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply in cases of:

  • Account Misuse: Accounts that violate PipeRocks CRM’s Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
  • Unusual or Suspicious Activity: Accounts flagged for unusual or excessive usage that appears inconsistent with typical CRM use.
  • Short-term Usage or Cancellations: Requests from accounts without the required six-month minimum paid subscription.
  • Account Transfer or Changes: If the account is transferred, sold, or modified to a different business entity during the six-month period.

6. Limitations of Liability

This Satisfaction Guarantee is provided in good faith to enhance user confidence in PipeRocks CRM’s capabilities. It does not imply any additional warranties or claims regarding our service. PipeRocks CRM is not liable for any other claims or damages arising from your dissatisfaction beyond the $1,000 refund offered.
