3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use PipeRocks CRM, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify PipeRocks CRM immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized activity or that violate our terms.

4. Service Availability and Updates

PipeRocks CRM strives to provide a high level of uptime and functionality but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or services without notice. Regular software updates and enhancements are part of our commitment to improve the user experience, and these updates may be applied without prior notification.

5. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

  • Subscription Fees: Access to PipeRocks CRM requires payment of subscription fees. Fees may vary based on the chosen plan and subscription period (monthly, annual, etc.).
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the start of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance. Payment processing is managed by secure third-party providers.
  • Refunds: PipeRocks CRM follows a no-refund policy for services rendered unless stated otherwise in promotional offers, such as the satisfaction guarantee ($1,000 after six months of paid usage if qualifying conditions are met).
  • Failed Payments and Account Downgrades: Users have five business days from the payment due date to address any payment issues. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in account downgrade, restricted access, or deletion after 15 days of non-payment.

6. Permitted Use

Users agree to use PipeRocks CRM only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the platform to transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful to others. Additionally, using the platform to store or process data violating data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA) is prohibited.

7. Data Use and Privacy

Please refer to the PipeRocks CRM Privacy Policy for information on how we handle user data. Your use of PipeRocks CRM indicates your acceptance of our data handling and processing practices.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to PipeRocks CRM, including its code, features, content, and design, are owned by PipeRocks or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use PipeRocks CRM for the intended purpose. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the platform or any related materials without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Integrations

PipeRocks CRM may offer integrations with third-party services (e.g., Twilio, Zoom) for enhanced functionality. By enabling these integrations, you consent to the transfer and processing of data by these third-party services. PipeRocks CRM is not responsible for the practices, availability, or security of third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

PipeRocks CRM and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. The total liability for any claims relating to the services will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PipeRocks CRM, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the platform or any violation of these Terms.

12. Termination of Use

PipeRocks CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unauthorized activities. Upon termination, all rights and access to the platform immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of PipeRocks CRM after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is the user’s responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PipeRocks CRM is based. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of this jurisdiction.
